  1. Welcome to MyFonts...
  2.  
  3. After installing MyFonts, we recommend you take just a few short
  4. minutes to quickly browse through the Help file before running the
  5. program. It will be time well spent.
  6.  
  7. Instructions for installing this program:
  8. ----------------------------------------
  9. This is probably the easiest program you will ever install in Windows.
  10. There is just one file, Setup.exe, which you can put into any folder
  11. you choose. How much easier can it get, right?
  12.  
  13. Now either double-click on Setup.exe or select it from the
  14. Run Option (click Start, then Run from the Taskbar).
  15.  
  16. What the installation program does:
  17. ----------------------------------
  18. MyFonts installs itself into a folder of your choice and
  19. adds the correct menu selections to the Start menu,
  20. including an un-install selection.
  21.  
  22. How to Un-install MyFonts:
  23. -------------------------
  24. It's easy: Simply select the "Uninstall MyFonts Now" option
  25.            from the Start Menu.
  26.  
  27. Alternate: Click Start, then Settings, then Control Panel from the
  28. Windows Taskbar. Double-click on the "Add/Remove Programs" icon.
  29. Select "MyFonts Windows Font Manager" then click the
  30. "Add/Remove" button.

  33. How to start MyFonts:

  35. It's very easy: Click Start, then Programs, then select MyFonts.

  55. Version 3.1:

  57. 1. Added a What's New button in Welcome screen.

  59. 2. When viewing fonts using the Grid you can click
  60.    on any character to see its ASCII value.
  61.  
  62. 3. Fixed not being able to remove an installed font
  63.    if a Font Error message is displayed for that font.

  65. 4. Do not allow editing of Original Fonts FontPack.

  67. 5. Roll-up Button in Title Bar fixed. It would vanish
  68.    under certain conditions.
