  2. SPECULATOR is a game of land aquisition, for EGA or better graphic systems.

  4. This version of Speculator and its mapfiles are Freeware.  The following files
  5. must all be in the same directory for Speculator to operate correctly:

  7.      PRINTME.    An easy form to print for ordering SPECULATOR Map Sets.
  8.      README.     The file you are currently reading.
  9.      SPABOU.CS0  About text.
  10.      SPCOMP.CS0  Company data file.
  11.      SPEC.EXE    The Speculator executable file.
  12.      SPHELP.CS0  Help data file
  13.      SPPLAY.CS0  Computer Players info.
  14.      SPSPEC.CS0  Game pictures.
  15.      SPSTAR.CS0  Startup Pictures
  16.      EASY.CSM    Easy game file
  17.      MEDIUM1.CSM Medium 1 game file
  18.      MEDIUM2.CSM Medium 2 game file
  19.      MEDIUM3.CSM Medium 3 game file
  20.      HARD.CSM    Hard game file

  29. Vendors and BBS operator are hereby authorized to distribute the Speculator
  30. game under the following conditions.

  32.         - You must distribute all of the files listed above on a single
  33.           diskette. Do not bundle with other software without written 
  34.           permission from WestWorld Computer Services.
  35.  
  36.         - The files must be distributed using the same file names as listed
  37.           above. No files must be removed from this set.
  38.  
  39.         - You may not charge more than $10.00 for your distribution fee.
  40.  
  41.         - Vendors must acknowlege they are distributing Speculator in order
  42.           to be made aware of more recent versions. Do NOT distrbute old
  43.           versions longer than 90 days after release of a new version.
