  5. Shareware, or user-supported software, is a way of marketing
  6. software for the program's author.  Shareware software is copyrighted.
  7. The authors encourage you copy their software and share it with friends.
  8. If you continue to use the software you should send in the "registration
  9. fee" to the author.  You can find out how to register the program by
  10. reading the documentation.

  12. If you like the program and continue using it, you should send in the
  13. "registration fee".  This is a wonderful deal for the consumer. 
  14. If you try a program and don't like it, you owe the author nothing.
  15.  
  16. However, if you find you are using the program, then it is only
  17. right to pay the "registration fee" as is outlined in the programs
  18. documentation.  Registration fees usually range from $5.00 to $90.00
  19. depending on the program.  Please support these authors.  They have
  20. worked hard to give you their products and can only do so in the
  21. future if you support them.

  23. Some of these programs have taken the author years to write.  They 
  24. need your support.  If you continue to use shareware software it is 
  25. only right that you register the program.  Then shareware software 
  26. will continue to flourish, and everyone will benefit.  Where else can
  27. you "TRY BEFORE YOU BUY".
