  3.      This Program will edit the ships in TIE
  4. Fighter to your specifications. You can add
  5. shield to the T/I and T/B, but not the T/F
  6. due the lack of a shield recharcge level
  7. indicator in the cockpit.
  8.      Just copy the IFL.EXE file into your TIE
  9. directory, Backup your Flight.ovl file, and
  10. type "IFL".  It is self-explanitory from
  11. there on.
