  16. THIS IS AN ALPHA VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE, CURRENTLY v3.0 ALPHA 8.
  17. MANY FEATURES ARE NOT YET IMPLEMENTED AND MANY OTHERS ARE NOT FUNCTIONAL.

  49. 1) Requirements

  51. *  Windows front end (WEYE.EXE, WIDIR.EXE):

  53.         - Ms Windows 95, (should run on NT 3.5 as well).

  55.         - Mouse or equivalent pointing device (no 'keyboard only' support).

  57. *  DOS front end (DEYE.EXE):

  59.     - i386 compatible processor.

  61.     - VGA compatible SVGA video card with VESA VBE support/driver.

  63.         - AT compatible keyboard.

  65.         - Ms DOS v3.3 or later, any memory managers must support VCPI or DPMI.

  77.     DEYE uses the Borland DOS extender, 32RTM.EXE and DPMI32VM.OVL.
  78.     See documentation that Borland provides for setting up virtual memory
  79.         and such stuff...
  80.         To run in a Windows DOS box you must install "device=WINDPMI.386"
  81.     under the "[386Enh]" section of your system.ini file.
