  1. Souper is a network mail and news client program for OS/2 Warp's
  2. Internet Access Kit.  It transfers mail and news fetched from a POP3
  3. server and NNTP server respectively to SOUP format.  It can also send
  4. messages in SOUP reply packets.

  6. The souper95.exe file is a Windows 95 console mode executable.
