  7. "Dana" is a highly-functional text editor for Windows95 and WindowsNT.
  8. It has many useful functions to edit text. And all of the functions are
  9. very easy to use.
  10.  
  11. Features
  12.  
  13.  - MDI text editor: You can open 100 files to edit.(depends on your
  14.    machine's memory.)
  15.  - High-speed file open: You can open a mega bytes file in a moment!
  16.  - Bookmark: You can mark a certain line in a Text. And you can jump
  17.    to each marked line from the list
  18.  - Unlimited Undo & Redo
  19.  - Proportional font is supported
  20.  - Drag & Drop editting
  21.  - Text formatting functions: Right, Left, Centered, Sort (also supports
  22.    sorting in a box selection), etc.
  23.  - Clipboard history: You can select data in the list that stores data
  24.    copied or cut before
  25.  - File Maintainer: A file open dialog that supports basic file maintenance
  26.    functions like Delete, Copy, Rename and so on
  27.  - Print & Preview
  28.  - Colored keywords: You can see user-defined keywords in different colors.
  29.    And you can define each keywords group for specified file types

  31.  - High-grade find function: Many options including regular expression

  46. What's New in ver 1.04 (from ver 1.02)

  48. - Columns max are expanded to 4096
  49.  
  50. - Maximum bytes per line are expanded to 65536

  52. - Replace function is only effective inside of the selection when text
  53.   is selected.

  55. - Command to open file in the registered folder is added.

  57. - Background color of line number can be customized.

  59. - The option for the sort command, which enable you to sort entire lines
  60.   treating the box selection as the sort key, is supported.

  64. - "File Explorer" is renamed as "File Maintainer" because it was confusing
  65.   to use the same name of Windows' Explorer.

  68.     When you read files whose extentions are "HTML" or "HTM", inside of HTML
  69.     tag is displayed in the different color. And colored keywords are
  70.     effective only in HTML tags. (between "<" and ">")

  72.     I added popular HTML tags as the keywords of Dana.
  73.     If you have not changed Dana's original keyword settings, delete the
  74.     Dana.KWD file and restart Dana.
  75.     If you already have many of your own keywords, add HTML keywords
  76.     by yourself reffering the DanaOrg.KWD file.

  78.     Ctrl+] command (brace matching) enables to match HTML tags.
  79.     For example, if you locate the caret on "BODY" and hit Ctrl+], then the
  80.     caret is moved to the corresponding "/BODY".

  82. - Save/Load Workspace command is added.

  84. - Next/Previous changed line command is added.

  86. - Proportional fonts can be choosed as the text font.

  88. - Command line options
  89.     /P Print preview page for a following file is shown after starting Dana.
  90.     /H Opens following files in HTML mode regardless the extention.
  91.         (If you are using Dana for NetScape's View Source, specify this
  92.         option after the "Dana.EXE" command in the NetScape's configuration.
  93.     /A Run specified script file right after starting Dana.
  94.         (e.g. Dana /AHTMLMode.DAX)
  95.     /W Opens specified workspace file. (.prf extention can be omitted)

  97. - Case insensitive option for colored keywords is supported.
