  5. The Decode Shell Extension adds a Decode menu item to your Windows 95 
  6. Explorer context menu (right mouse button menu).  It is visible only 
  7. when exactly one file(not folder) is selected.
  8.  
  9. Decompress the ZIP file to a temporary directory, run the SETUP.EXE, 
  10. then delete the temporary files (setup will not delete them).  For 
  11. more information, contact 102372.2530@compuserve.com.

  13. The extension will then analyze the file and if it detects a UUENCODED,
  14. BinHex or Base64(MIME) encoded file, it will prompt you if you want to
  15. decode it (and tell you the file name).  Version 2.0 contains support for
  16. XXENCODED and User Defined (table) formats as well as support for multiple
  17. attachments in the same file and multipart files (which must be concatenated
  18. first).  The Directory Toolkit utility (Shareware) can be found at the URLs
  19. below.  It has an Explorer look and can compare directories, decode files,
  20. concatenate and split, sort directories, rename, move, copy delete files
  21. using wildcards (can change files' case also) and preserving long file names
  22. and many other features.
