These files contain an early demo of the
Smalltalk/Win95 language. Permission is
granted for free distribution of these files
as long as no money is charged and all copyright
notices are left intact.
Smalltalk/Win95 is a multi-threaded, interpreted
language designed for use over networks.
The language interpreter is built entirely using
the Microsoft Foundation Classes and runs under
the Microsoft Windows95 operating system. Ports
are planned to many Windows/NT based systems by
the end of 1996.

The $50 registration price entitles you to an receive all new
releases of the software for 12 months after registration as well
as access to our archive of games and applications.
During the next several months, these features will be added to
the product:
1) Rich Text Format windows
2) Interactive 2-D graphics
3) Games interface featuring DirectDraw
4) Integration of Microsoft's Internet controls
5) OpenGL 3-D graphics
Installation notes:

The software requires the files MFC40.DLL, MSVCRT40.DLL & MSVCRT.DLL
to be installed in the \windows\system directory. They may
already be installed on your system. If not, the file
mfc.zip contains these two files in compressed format.
The file rwst.zip contains:
STWIN.EXE Smalltalk interpreter.
STWIN.IM Image file.
STWIN.EXE and STWIN.IM should be installed in the same directory.
