  16. HOW TO INSTALL

  18. 1) Double-click the file PRTAGT.EXE. This will cause it to 
  19.    de-compress itself.

  23.     *    .EXE file in an empty folder or on a blank       *
  24.     *    formatted diskette!                              *

  27.     *    or \WINDOWS\SYSTEM folder!                       *
