  17. 1) Copy the CLOUDS.EXE file to a new folder on your hard disk.
  18.    Double-click the file CLOUDS.EXE. This will cause it to 
  19.    de-compress itself.

  22.     *    CAUTION!  Make sure that you are running this    *
  23.     *    .EXE file in an empty folder or on a blank       *
  24.     *    formatted diskette!                              *

  26.     *    DO NOT run this .EXE file in your \WINDOWS       *
  27.     *    or \WINDOWS\SYSTEM folder!                       *

  31. 2) Copy the CLOUDS.BMP file to your Windows folder.

  33. 3) Once CLOUDS.EXE has been run, it can be deleted.
