  9. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  10. before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
  11. agreement signed by Prime Software your use of this software you
  12. indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  14. Shareware Version

  16. Evaluation and Registration

  18. This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use this
  19. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30
  20. days.  If you use this software after the 30-day evaluation period
  21. a registration fee of $20 is required.  Payments must be in US
  22. dollars drawn on a US bank, and should be sent to Prime Software,
  23. PO Box 851, Manville, NJ 08835.  Quantity discounts are available,
  24. as described in the section Ordering Information/Order Form.
  25. When payment is received you will be sent a registered copy of the
  26. latest version of PrimeOut via E-Mail.

  28. Unregistered use of PrimeOut after the 30-day evaluation period is
  29. in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

  31. Distribution

  33. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Shareware
  34. Version you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the
  35. Shareware version of this software and documentation as you wish;
  36. give exact copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and
  37. distribute the Shareware version of the software and documentation
  38. in its unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge
  39. for any of the above.

  41. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  42. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  43. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  44. (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission, with
  45. one exception:  Disk Vendors approved by the Association of
  46. Shareware Professionals are permitted to redistribute PrimeOut,
  47. subject to the conditions in this license, without specific
  48. written permission.

  50. Registered Version

  52. One registered copy of PrimeOut may either be used by a single
  53. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  54. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  55. multiple people, but not both.

  57. You may access the registered version of PrimeOut through a network,
  58. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  59. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  60. through the network.  For instance, if 8 different workstations
  61. will access PrimeOut on the network, each workstation must have its
  62. own PrimeOut license, regardless of whether they use PrimeOut at
  63. different times or concurrently.

  67. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  68. New Jersey.

  70. Disclaimer of Warranty

  72. NO WARRANTY.  ANY USE BY YOU OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN
  73. RISK.  THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS"
  74. AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
  75. ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  PRIME SOFTWARE
  76. AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER
  77. EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED

  86. or inability to use this Prime Software product, even if Prime
  87. Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  89. liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above
  90. limitation may not apply to you.
