  2. SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
  3. ==========================

  5. This product is not and has never been public domain software, 
  6. nor is it free software.
  7.  
  8. Non-licensed users are granted a limited license to use this 
  9. product on a 30-day trial basis for the purpose of determining 
  10. whether it is suitable for their needs.  
  11.  
  12. The use of this product, except for the initial 30-day trial, 
  13. requires registration.  
  14.  
  15. The use of unlicensed copies of this product by any person, 
  16. business, corporation, government agency or any other entity 
  17. is strictly prohibited.
  18.  
  19. A single user license permits a user to use this product only 
  20. on a single computer.  Licensed users may use the program on 
  21. different computers, but may not use the program on more than one
  22. computer at the same time.
  23.  
  24. No one may modify or patch the executable files in any way, 
  25. including but not limited to decompiling, disassembling, or 
  26. otherwise reverse engineering the program.
  27.  
  28. A limited license is granted to copy and distribute this application
  29. only for the trial use of others, subject to the above limitations, 
  30. and also the following:
  31.  
  32. 1) All files must be copied in unmodified form as in the original
  33. distribution.
  34.  
  35. 2) No fee, charge, or other compensation may be requested or 
  36. accepted, except as authorized below:

  38.     A) Operators of electronic bulletin board systems 
  39.     (sysops) may make this product available for
  40.     downloading only as long as the above conditions are met.  
  41.     An overall or time-dependent charge for the use of the 
  42.     bulletin board system is permitted as long as there is 
  43.     not a specific charge for the download of this product.

  45.     B) Vendors of user-supported or shareware software may 
  46.     distribute this product on diskette, subject to the above 
  47.     conditions, without specific permission. Distribution on CD
  48.     requires written permission from MSR Enterprises, Inc.
  49.     Non-approved vendors may distribute this product only 
  50.     after obtaining written permission from MSR Enterprises, Inc. 
  51.     Such permission is usually granted.  Please write for details 
  52.     (enclose your catalog).  Vendors may charge a disk duplication 
  53.     and handling fee, which, when pro-rated to the this product, may
  54.     not exceed five dollars.

  56.     C) Non-profit user groups may distribute this product, 
  57.     subject to the above conditions, without specific permission.

  59.     which, when pro-rated to the this product, may not exceed 
  60.     five dollars.

  63. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

  66. MSR ENTERPRISES, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
  67. INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
  68. FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND COMPATIBILITY WITH A PARTICULAR SYSTEM
  69. WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT.

  71. SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, THE PURCHASER ASSUMES THE RISK OF
  72. PAYING THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION
  73. AND ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

  75. IN NO EVENT WILL MSR ENTERPRISES, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
  76. (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS
  77. INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE
  78. USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT EVEN IF MSR ENTERPRISES, INC.
  79. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  81. Use of this product for any period of time constitutes your acceptance
  82. of this agreement and subjects you to its contents.

  85. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS

  88. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to 
  89. restrictions as set forth in subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights 
  90. in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at 252.227-7013.
