  10. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by MAGNO URBANO LIMA, your
  11. use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

  13. One registered copy of RENAME may either be used by a single person who uses the
  14. software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used
  15. nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
  16.  
  17. You may access the registered version of RENAME through a network, provided that you
  18. have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all workstations that will access
  19. the software through the network.  For instance, if 5 different workstations will access RENAME
  20. on the network, each workstation must have its own RENAME ON-SITE LICENSE, regardless
  21. of whether they use RENAME at different times or concurrently.

  23. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE DISTRIBUTED AND SOLD "AS IS" AND
  24. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER
  25. WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

  27. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which RENAME may
  28. be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

  30. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with
  31. non-critical data before relying on it.  The user must assume the entire risk of using this
  32. program.  ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT

  35. This is not free software.  This is a shareware version of RENAME 1.32.  You may
  36. use it, for evaluation purposes, without charges, for a period of 30 days.  If, after 30 days
  37. you would like to continue using RENAME, than, you must purchase the ON-SITE LICENSE.

  50. NOTE:   A single copy of this program is US$ 10.00.  When registering more than one copy of
  51. RENAME, the price is US$ 10.00 (for the first copy) and US$ 7.00 (for the second and each
  52. subsequent copy).

  54. NOTE:  When payment is received you will be sent a SERIAL NUMBER.  Using that number 
  55. you will be able to convert your shareware version of RENAME into a REGISTERED VERSION.

  57. Unregistered use of RENAME after the 30 day evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and
  58. international copyright laws.

  60.   You are free to distribute RENAME package on any public Web/FTP/Gopher site without
  61. necessarily obtaining the author permission (notification will be appreciated).
