ExpPrint V0.4
-------------
Before installing this version of ExpPrint, you should uninstall any prior version
you might have.
This version of ExpPrint adds a few requested facilities:
1. Save settings to the registry.
There is a known problem with this, in that although it saves the printer (if you
have more than one), subsequent uses use the default printer, despite indicating
that it will use the saved one.
2. Format file size numbers.
For now, this is currently fixed as x,xxx, xxx format. I'll endeavour to make it
support the proper configured format as soon as I can.
3. Uninstall under Windows NT 4!
I'm still investigating the proper way to do this, but for now you'll find 2
entries in the Control Panel, Add/Remove programs applet. One works for Windows 95
and the other for Windows NT 4. Both entries are removed automatically.
This version fixes the following problems:
1. Incomplete or corrupt times.
2. At the end of printing the focus shifted from the Explorer window to another
application.
The Printer selection button is disabled in this version, you can select an
alternative printer from the Page Setup dialog.

This is an early version of ExpPrint, there are several areas still to be
finished. Please don't re-distribute this version on CD-ROM or cover disks.
Thanks

What is ExpPrint?
-----------------
ExpPrint is a Windows 95 Explorer context menu extension that allows you to print
a listing of the folder contents. You can print just the items that you select, a
branch of the folder tree, or even the whole disk contents.
Installation
------------
ExpPrint is supplied as a compressed file archive. Copy the compressed file to
an empty floppy disk or new sub-directory on your hard disk & extract the
files. When you have uncompressed the supplied file, you should have the
following files in addition to the original:
ExpPrint.dll The ExpPrint Context Menu DLL
ExpPrint.doc WordPad documentation (*** doesn't exist yet!)
ExpPrint.txt Text documentation
ExpPrint.inf The Setup Information File
Select the ExpPrint.inf Setup Information File in an Explorer window and choose
File, Install, or right click on the file and choose the Install menu.
Installation is quick, merely involving copying the files to the target
location on your machine and modification of the relevant registry
information. ExpPrint is now ready to use.
How Do You Use It?
------------------
Anytime you select a file, folder, or disk drive in an Explorer window you will
find that you have an extra context menu item "Print Directory Listing...".
If you choose this you will get the ExpPrint dialog box that lets you choose
the Font, select the printer, and set the page margins. You can also choose
between 2 list formats: "Dir" or "Tree".
Dir format prints the file and folder names flush left with the folder names in
full. Tree format indents each sub-directory by the amount set in the "Nesting
Indent" setting.
ExpPrint lists 3 items, the file/folder name, file size in bytes, and the last
modified time. Each data is printed in a column and each column size is set by
the column formatting controls. The column units are in inches. The default
values should produce a reasonable output.
Removal
-------
Use the Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs item. Select the ExpPrint item
(listed as "Explorer Print Context Menu (Windows xx) (Remove Only)") and
