The main new feature is the color grids. This is a nice feature but very resource intensive and may not work on some systems. Printing of the grids was improved. Also, a highlight mode was added to the Calendars. Another new feature is the addition of a Registration program by Kagi. This will allow more flexibility in registering CE. Now foreign currency and credit cards can be accepted. Registration can be done by e-mail, fax, or mail.

Calendar Explorer is a 32-bit, Windows 95 and Windows NT program that allows you to explore the Western Church Year. the date of both Eastern and Western Easter through the centuries, and the number days between dates. The reports that you generate may be printed out or saved in text format. Other features include conversion between the Julian Calendar and the Gregorian Calendar dates as well as conversion to and from Julian Day Numbers. It offers a Year in Brief viewing mode that shows all 12 months of a given year in compact form. There is a Week Day finder that finds the week day for a given date -- for example, Friday 13th or when your birthday will happen on a Monday.

  12. Calendar Explorer requires either Windows 95 or Windows NT to run. The hardware requirements for Calendar Explorer are the same as those required to run Windows 95 or Windows NT. Consult the Microsoft documentation.

  14. This program needs the following runtime files: VB40032.DLL, MFC40.DLL,  MSVCRT.DLL, MSVCRT20.DLL, MSVCRT40.DLL, VEN2232.OLB and OLEPRO32.DLL.
