  3. PrimaSoft Music Organizer is NOT a public domain program. It is 
  4. copyrighted by PrimaSoft PC, Inc. further referred to as the authors. 
  5. This software and accompanying documentation are protected by Canada 
  6. Copyright law and also by International Treaty provisions.
  7.  
  8. The authors grant you a limited license to use this software
  9. for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed thirty days. If you
  10. continue using this software after the thirty-day evaluation period, you
  11. MUST make a registration payment to the authors (see register.txt).

  14. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

  16. INDIVIDUALS may distribute PrimaSoft Music Organizer to friends or 
  17. associates, provided they charge no fees for this service, and they 
  18. convey a complete and unaltered copy of the shareware version of 
  19. this product.

  21. All other distribution is allowed only under the terms of the attached
  22. VENDINFO data record, which is hereby incorporated by reference. Any
  23. distribution satisfying all the distribution requirements expressed in
  24. that data record is hereby authorized. You may not distribute this
  25. product, modify it, or bundle it with other products except as
  26. specifically allowed therein. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell,
  27. modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer
  28. the licensed program except as provided in this agreement.  Any such
  29. unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of
  30. this license.

  32. Permission to distribute the PrimaSoft Music Organizer package is 
  33. not transferable, assignable, saleable, or franchisable. 
  34. Each vendor wishing to distribute the package must independently 
  35. satisfy the terms of this limited distribution license.

  37. The authors may revoke any permissions granted here, by notifying you 
  38. in writing.  All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to the 
  39. authors.
