  1. The Network Beverage Selector solves the
  2. never endingproblem of whose turn it is to
  3. get the coffees in. NBS selects a victim
  4. and keeps track of how many drinks each
  5. participant has bought and how may they
  6. have drunk. It uses this information to
  7. bias the next selection towards those who
  8. haven't bought their fair share.
