  7. What is LottoQuick Texas for Windows 95?
  8. ========================================
  9. LottoQuick Texas for Windows 95 allows the user to easily
  10. and quickly generate and print up to 20 sets of Quick Picks
  11. for Lotto Texas, Texas Cash 5, and Texas Pick 3.
  12.  
  13. This program is fully functional 32 bit shareware (not 
  14. crippleware).  The user is licensed to use LottoQuick Texas
  15. for Windows 95 for an evaluation period of 30 days. When the
  16. evaluation period expires the user is required  to register
  17. LottoQuick Texas for Windows 95 by sending a check or money
  18. order for $10 U.S. to:

  53. System Requirements
  54. ===================
  55. 1.  Windows 95 or Windows NT ver. 3.51 or later.
  56.  
  57. 2.  VB40032.DLL - This is the Runtime version needed for 
  58.     this and many other shareware programs and is included
  59.     in the lotto_tx.zip file.
  60.

  62. Installation
  63. ============
  64. 1.  Unzip lotto_tx.zip to any temporary folder on your
  65.     hard drive.
  66.  
  67. 2.  Create a folder on your hard drive called 
  68.     LottoQuick or any name of your choosing.
  69.  
  70. 3.  Place the LottoQuick Texas.exe, Readme.txt, and 
  71.     Register.txt files in the LottoQuick folder created in 
  72.     step 2.
  73.  
  74. 4.  Place the VB40032.DLL in your Windows/System folder.
  75.     Your Windows/System folder may already contain this file
  76.     in which case replacement with the one included with
  77.     LottoQuick Texas is not necessary.  As a general rule,
  78.     keep the newest version.

  81. Printing Options
  82. ================
  83. LottoQuick allows for printing capability to be turned On or
  84. Off from the LottoQuick Pull-Down Menu.  Printing Off is the
  85. default setting which allows all users to operate the program
  86. without changing printing options.  The Printing On option
  87. requires that a printer or a be connected to the computer or 
  88. that a printer driver at least be set up in the Windows 95
  89. Printer Folder.

  91. Printing Off - The Printing Off option is included to allow 
  92. those who do not have a printer connected to their computer 
  93. to leave Printing Off, thereby ensuring proper operation of 
  94. the program.  Additionally, if you do have a printer but do 
  95. not wish to print your Quick Picks, turning Printing Off 
  96. allows for faster operation.

  98. Printing On - The Printing On option allows you to print your
  99. LottoQuick Texas quick picks.  Your printer will need to be 
  100. set as the Default Printer under Windows 95 as opposed to 
  101. having your faxmodem set as the Default Printer.  If your 
  102. faxmodem is set as the Default Printer and LottoQuick is set 
  103. for Printing On, each time you click the Do Quick Picks button
  104. your Fax program will start.  If your faxmodem is the Default
  105. Printer and you want it to remain so, you will need to leave 
  106. LottoQuick Printing Options set for Printing Off.

  109. Uninstallation
  110. ==============
  111. 1.  Delete the LottoQuick folder along with the LottoQuick
  112.     Texas.exe, Readme.txt, and Register.txt files it contains.
  113.     Also delete any shortcuts you created at installation.

  115. 2.  Do not delete VB40032.DLL from the Windows/System folder
  116.     as this is a common dll and may be used now or later by 
  117.     other programs on your computer.
