Files included
==============
LottoQuick Texas.exe - The main exe file
VB40032.DLL - VB4 Runtime DLL
Readme.txt - This file
Register.txt - Registration form
System Requirements
===================
1. Windows 95 or Windows NT ver. 3.51 or later.
2. VB40032.DLL - This is the Runtime version needed for
this and many other shareware programs and is included
in the lotto_tx.zip file.
Installation
============
1. Unzip lotto_tx.zip to any temporary folder on your
hard drive.
2. Create a folder on your hard drive called
LottoQuick or any name of your choosing.
3. Place the LottoQuick Texas.exe, Readme.txt, and
Register.txt files in the LottoQuick folder created in
step 2.
4. Place the VB40032.DLL in your Windows/System folder.
Your Windows/System folder may already contain this file
in which case replacement with the one included with
LottoQuick Texas is not necessary. As a general rule,
keep the newest version.
Printing Options
================
LottoQuick allows for printing capability to be turned On or
Off from the LottoQuick Pull-Down Menu. Printing Off is the
default setting which allows all users to operate the program
without changing printing options. The Printing On option
requires that a printer or a be connected to the computer or
that a printer driver at least be set up in the Windows 95
Printer Folder.
Printing Off - The Printing Off option is included to allow
those who do not have a printer connected to their computer
to leave Printing Off, thereby ensuring proper operation of
the program. Additionally, if you do have a printer but do
not wish to print your Quick Picks, turning Printing Off
allows for faster operation.
Printing On - The Printing On option allows you to print your
LottoQuick Texas quick picks. Your printer will need to be
set as the Default Printer under Windows 95 as opposed to
having your faxmodem set as the Default Printer. If your
faxmodem is set as the Default Printer and LottoQuick is set
for Printing On, each time you click the Do Quick Picks button
your Fax program will start. If your faxmodem is the Default
Printer and you want it to remain so, you will need to leave
LottoQuick Printing Options set for Printing Off.
Uninstallation
==============
1. Delete the LottoQuick folder along with the LottoQuick
Texas.exe, Readme.txt, and Register.txt files it contains.
Also delete any shortcuts you created at installation.
2. Do not delete VB40032.DLL from the Windows/System folder
as this is a common dll and may be used now or later by
other programs on your computer.
