  13. time & billing functions and a GL into one program.  It will keep track of 
  14. time, disbursements, and receipts for up to 50 people and produce a monthly 
  15. bill for each project.  Unlike programs requiring periodic batch-postings & 
  16. close-out procedures, BILLPOWER is a true "real-time" system that never

  22.      BILLPOWER NT, one of the finest time & billing programs available at any
  23. price, is a fully integrated timekeeping, billing, and bookkeeping system that 
  24. will produce a wide variety of reports, including income-expense statements, 
  25. balance sheets and aged receivables reports.  The user has wide latitude in 
  26. designing billing formats that use any font and place transaction data wherever 
  27. desired.  The program will even print mailing labels and form letters to your 
  28. clients.

  30.      Unlike some other time & billing programs that provide "links" to external 
  31. accounting software, BILLPOWER has a General Ledger that is totally inte-
  32. grated into the rest of the program.  This program can simultaneously log a 
  33. transaction, adjust the client's balance and aged receivables accordingly, AND
  34. update the appropriate G/L accounts (other programs would require separate en-
  35. tries for some of these events, if they could handle them at all).

  38. end-of-period close-outs are ever needed.  Transaction detail is retained until 
  39. the user (not the program) decides to omit it.  In fact, old bills may even be

  41. tion from the data base.  BILLPOWER's user interface is among the friend-
