  3. Read this before installing the program.

  5. What is The Words?
  6. ------------------
  7. The Words is an easy to use vocabulary learning program which you can
  8. use when you learn a foreign language.
  9. You write your own words with the program, save them as wordlists and
  10. then you learn them. The Words is a freeware program.
  11.  
  12. Required files
  13. --------------
  14. Before you install this program, you must have the VB 4.0 32-bit runtime
  15. files installed in your Windows system directory.
  16. You can download the files from:
  17. ftp://ftp.apexsc.com/pub/cgvb/misc/vb4r32p.exe

  19. Just run the file after you have downloaded it and it installs the runtime
  20. files for you.

  22. If you have problems when you install this program try to download the
  23. above file, it cointains all required files for this program. There are
  24. also other files avaible with the runtime files but they do not cointain
  25. all required files.

  27. Installation
  28. ------------
  29. Run the Setup program and it will install The Words to a directory
  30. which you choose.

  32. Other notes
  33. -----------
  34. This is a 32-bit version and it works with Windows 95 and better.
  35. There is also a 16-bit version of The Words. You can download both
  36. versions from The Words Homepage.
  37. Before you go to The Words Homepage from the program, make sure that
  38. your web-browser is not running! Otherwise the function will not work.
