KPAPER.ZIP contains a collection of children's wallpaper tile that I made. These are free.
To install: Copy the zip file into your windows directory and expand it. Go to the control panel and double click on Display. You will be able to select any of the bitmaps for your new wallpaper. (Be sure that the tile option is selected).
These can be used with Windows 3.1 as well as Windows 95 but the options aren't exactly as above. I'm not sure what each option is called after you get in the control panel, but it is basically the same. I'm sure you can figure it out.
