  1. Ok here is the Readme file for the "Weird Al" Yankovic 
  2. Desktop Theme.
  3. Created and maintained by: Austin Bussey

  5. Well here the W.A.Y. Win95 desktop theme. 
  6. First Extract the W.A.Y. Win95 Desktop theme zip to 
  7. c:\Program files\Plus!\Themes\al\ and hit apply.
  8. Next go to the file in control Panel called Desktop 
  9. Themes. Select the theme way.
  10. Then You'll have to select what wallpaper you want from 
  11. http://www.flash.net/~tbuzzy/wall.htm
  12. Then you'll have to extract the bmp to c:\windows\ 
  13. Ok now go to the file in control panel called display
  14. and choose c:\windows\thewallpaperyouchose.bmp.
  15. and hit apply again. Now everything has been setup and
  16. you have your "Weird Al" Win95 Desktop theme.
