  1. Halloween Plus! Theme ReadMe File
  2. Freeware (includes Shareware), Freely Distributable
  3. Special thanks to the people who designed the stuff that I didn't.
  4. If you want your names attached to what I included in this file, then
  5. email me and I'll stick your name here.

  7. Instructions for Plus! users:
  8. ╖    UnZip the file's contents into a suitable Temporary folder.
  9. ╖    Install Stylus.ttf -- there should be instructions in your
  10.         Windows95 Help file or Documentation
  11. ╖    Move Jackosav.scr to your Main Windows folder.  This file is
  12.         Shareware.
  13. ╖    Move everything else into your Themes folder.
  14. ╖    Run the Themes control panel Applet and select
  15.         "Halloween (High Color)"
  16.  
  17. Instructions for non-Plus! users:
  18. ╖    UnZip the file's contents into a suitable Temporary folder.
  19. ╖    Install Stylus.ttf -- there should be instructions in your
  20.         Windows95 Help file or Documentation
  21. ╖    Move Jackosav.scr to your Main Windows folder.  This file is
  22.         Shareware.
  23. ╖    Move everything else into a permanent folder of its own.
  24. ╖    Download     ftp://ftp.impactsoft.com/pub/impactsoft/ma21.zip
  25.     (un-paid plug) and install it using its instructions.
  26. ╖    Using Microangelo 2.1 ( what the previous instruction told you
  27.         to download and install), run the Engineer Applet.
  28. ╖    Make sure the Show Icons Using All Possible Colors is checked
  29. ╖    Set the icons using the Desktop tab.
  30. ╖    Set the Cursors using the Pointer tab.  To know which goes
  31.         where, look here:

  33. Help= Skull.cur
  34. AppStarting= Freddy working.ani
  35. Wait= Zombie- Wait a few hours..!.ani

  46. ╖    Select Apply.  If the  program asks you to restert Windows, 
  47.         don't.
  48. ╖    To set the colours, replace the "[Colors]" section of your 
  49.         Win.ini with these entries (just cut and paste).

  76. ╖    Note that the Halloween wallpaper file is a JPG file.  
  77.         This is the default format for Plus!, but not Windows.

  79.         can use it to set the wallpaper.
