  3. All the icons, animated cursors, wav files & wallpaper were found on the WEB.

  5. These files may be distributed freely, so long as no modifications are
  6. made and no money is ever charged for the theme or any of it's 
  7. components.

  9. Installation,
  10.  
  11. Copy the Panthers.Theme to \Program Files\Plus\Themes 
  12. Copy ALL the rest to \Program Files\Plus\Themes\Panthers
  13.  
  14. Set the Theme to run via Control Panel.
