  1. You will need to make a new directory folder for this
  2. theme.  In Explorer go to
  3. C:/Program Files/Plus!/Themes, then under the File button
  4. select New and then Folder.  Name the folder "Packers Theme"
  5. and place the contents of Packers Theme.zip into the file 
  6. folder that you just created.  When you try and open the 
  7. Packers Theme in your "Desk Top Theme" in the control panel
  8. you will have to chose "other" and then the Packers Theme folder.

  10. This Theme is FREEWARE and no money is or will be recieved from it. 
  11. This Theme is for the use and enjoyment of Packers fans. I Make
  12. no clame to the contents of this zip file.  This file may be modified
  13. to fit the user's desires.
