  1. THE MASTER'S SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
  2.  
  3. 1.     GRANT OF LICENSE.  SlaveWare - The Master's Software 
  4. (the 'Company') grants to you the right to use this Dialing Slave 
  5. Demo Version 0.7 (the 'Software') for your internal use only in 
  6. conjunction with licensed copies of Microsoft Windows 95.
  7.  
  8. 2.    COPYRIGHT.  The Software is owned by the Company
  9. or its suppliers and is protected by international
  10. copyright laws and international treaty provisions. 
  11. You may not remove the copyright notice from any copy 
  12. of the Software or any copy of the written materials, 
  13. if any, accompanying the Software.
  14.  
  15. 3.    OTHER RESTRICTIONS.  This Software License 
  16. Agreement is your proof of license to exercise the 
  17. rights granted herein and must be retained by you.  
  18. You may not rent or lease the Software.  You may not 
  19. reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the 
  20. Software except to the extent that such limitation
  21. is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
  22.  
  23.     NO WARRANTY.  ANY USE BY YOU OF THE SOFTWARE IS 
  24. AT YOUR OWN RISK.  THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR USE 
  25. ONLY WITH MICROSOFT WINDOWS 95 AND RELATED APPLICATION 
  26. SOFTWARE.  
  27. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR USE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY 
  28. OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE 
  29. COMPANY AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, 
  30. EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, 
  31. IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR 
  32. A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY
  33. IS NOT OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE ANY UPDATES TO THE SOFTWARE.

  35.     LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.  THE COMPANY'S
  36. ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT
  37. SHALL NOT EXCEED TWENTY DOLLARS (US$20.00).
  38.  
  39.     NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  To the
  40. maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no 
  41. event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any 
  42. damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental, 
  43. direct, indirect special and consequential damages, damages for 
  44. loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of 
  45. business information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of 
  46. the use or inability to use the Software, even if the Company has 
  47. been advised of the possibility of such damages.  
  48.  
  49. Because some states/countries do not allow the exclusion or 
  50. limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 
  51. the above limitation may not apply to you.
