  3. To install:
  4. 1. Extract somwhere
  5. 2. In the win95 control panel double-click on the mouse icon
  6. 3. Select the pointers tab
  7. 4. Select the cursor you want to replace and browse to the dir where you extracted it.
  8. 5. Select it and you're ready to roll.

  10. This cursor is copyright of Andrew Vessey, 1995. You can do what ever you want with it 
  11. though as long as you don't charge people for it.
