  1. A bug in Blat 1.3 meant that the offset from UTC field in the date line of
  2. the header was incorrectly formated. A new version of Blat (1.4) was
  3. produced in which this bug has been fixed. There is nothing else new in
  4. version 1.4 except the bug correction. The archive zip file can be obtained
  5. from the usual places (although both SimTel and CICA will take some time to
  6. move the package to the right place). To select the ftp site near you please
