On March 15 and November 1, the "Irish" virus (also known as the Maltese
Amoeba or Grain-of-Sand virus), will corrupt your harddisk by
overwriting the FAT and directory. The AVR module for this virus is not
in the latest release of VIRSCAN.DAT, so it is released alone.
The virus uses random encryption, so we need either multiple signatures
or an AVR module to detect the virus.
The AVR module offers a more reliable way of detecting the virus, but so far
only TbScan is able to use it.
Please spread this file to other people using TbScan.
Note, you need TbScan 3.3 or higher to use this AVR module.
Thanks to E. Richet for enhancing this AVR module to achive a hit rate
of 100%.
