  1.      VgaColor is a utility which allows you to modify
  2.      the standard color palettes (0-15) to any of the colors
  3.      available on a  VGA monitor.  VgaColor REQUIRES a VGA
  4.      color monitor.  For Further information, please print
  5.      the documentation file (VGACOLOR.DOC).    There are 22 pages
  6.      of documentation which describe VgaColor in further detail.

  20.      We have also included a sample .BAT file on the distribution
  21.      disk which demonstrates the command-line option of VgaColor.
  22.      This .BAT file, "VGASAMP.BAT", will initiate a Magenta
  23.      background with a high-intensity Cyan foreground and load
  24.      a saved color file description (created by VgaColor) to modify
  25.      these two colors to a Sea-Green-like background with a light
  26.      Yellow foreground.  To run, simply type VGASAMP.

  28.      ANSI.SYS must be installed when using SETBF.EXE, our program
  29.      which lets you change the DOS foreground and background
  30.      colors.  The VgaColor system does not require ANSI.SYS.
