  3.             FX Registration Information
  4.  
  5.             The registrations and licenses offered for FX (effective 12/1/90)
  6.             are as follows:

  8.             1)   A $15  registration  fee  is  requested  for  the  non-
  9.                  commercial, private use of the program.
  10.  
  11.             2)   $30 -  Same as  (1), but includes printed documentation
  12.                  and the latest version of FX.
  13.  
  14.             3)   In a  business or government environment, a $35 license
  15.                  per user  is  mandatory.    This  license  is  for  the
  16.                  perpetual,  non-exclusive   use  of  any  version,  and
  17.                  automatically includes  the latest  version of  FX plus
  18.                  printed documentation.   When registering for more than
  19.                  one user,  please estimate  the number of copies of the
  20.                  program  you  will  use  and  refer  to  the  following
  21.                  discount schedule:

  34.                  Independent of  the number  of users,  you will receive
  35.                  one set  of materials; you may then make as many copies
  36.                  as licensed.

  38.             4)   FX can  also be  licensed on  a per-server  basis in  a
  39.                  network environment,  at $125 per network server, which
  40.                  allows FX to be installed on that one central location.
  41.                  Access in  terms of number of nodes and number of users
  42.                  is unrestricted  and UNLIMITED.  If more than one local
  43.                  area network  is involved, then additional licenses for
  44.                  each network  server are  required.   This includes the
  45.                  latest version of FX and printed documentation; one set
  46.                  of materials will be sent.

  48.             5)   Distribution Licenses  and all other situations: Please
  49.                  contact the author.  (Copying or using FX in any manner
  50.                  other than outlined above is prohibited).
