  3. This disk contains the users guide for BLCC 3.1 in file BLCC.DOC.  It is 
  4. suggested that this manual be printed and used as the primary reference when 
  5. running BLCC.  All of the input variables required to run BLCC are defined 
  6. in the user's guide.  (For optimal printing of the guide, retrieve the 
  7. BLCC.DOC file as a DOS text in your word processor.  Format the text using 
  8. 12 characters per inch (pitch), one inch left and right margins, and 58 lines 
  9. of text per page.)

  11. This disk also contains the DISCOUNT 3.1 program for computing discount 
  12. factors and present values, future values, and annual values of projected 
  13. cash flows.  DISCOUNT is a stand-alone program, used for simple discounting 
  14. problems that do not need the comprehensive summation and reporting capabi-
  15. lities provided by BLCC.

  17. DISCOUNT 3.1 can be run directly from the original diskette by typing
  18. "DISCOUNT" at the DOS ready prompt.  The user's guide to DISCOUNT is 
  19. in a DOS text file called DISCOUNT.DOC.  It can be printed out by typing
  20. "COPY DISCOUNT.DOC PRN" or by retrieving it as a DOS text file with your 
  21. word processor.  (For optimal printing of the guide, retrieve the 
  22. DISCOUNT.DOC file as a DOS text in your word processor.  Format the text 
  23. using 12 characters per inch (pitch), one inch left and right margins, 
  24. and 58 lines of text per page.)
