  2. Graphica is a command-driven interactive graphics program for
  3. making presentation quality graphs on a computer.  This two-
  4. dimensional data plotting system is designed specifically for
  5. scientific and engineering applications.  Graphica is shareware.
  6.  
  7. The Graphica package is distributed in an archive called
  8. GRPHCA23.ZIP (or GRPH23.ZIP on CompuServe).  After extracting
  9. all files with PKUNZIP or an equivalent program, the following
  10. files should appear as part of the GRAPHICA package:

  12. GRAPHICA.EXE     main program (executable)
  13. GRAPHICA.FIL     help file (text file-may be printed)
  14.  
  15. README.1ST       quick instructions (this file)
  16. GRAPHICA.DOC     short user's tutorial
  17. REGISTER.DOC     contribution information
  18. HISTORY.DOC      log of latest changes and improvements
  19. SHAREWRE.DOC     about shareware
  20. GRAPHICA.ICO     icon you can use with Microsoft Windows

  22. EXAMPLES.ZIP     another archive containing example:

  24.    *.PLT         script files
  25.    *.DAT         data files

  27. For a quick demonstration of GRAPHICA's main capabilities, run
  28. GRAPHICA and then load some of the sample script files.

  32.       graphica>load demo (press return)

  34. Alternatively, command-line arguments may be names of files
  35. containing GRAPHICA commands.  Then, for example,
