  16.  The "C++" code is NOT exactly the same as the pascal code, but
  17.  the programs should be very similiar in operation.

  19.  The Pascal versions MAY be more reliable than the "C++" versions.
  20.  I am not as familiar with BORLAND C++ problems as those in Turbo
  21.  Pascal or StonyBrook PASCAL+.

  24.  code and the compiler conversion of the code. The results will vary
  25.  based on those variables.
