  5.  2. The "slow" problem on 8088/V20 systems is gone!

  7.  3. CPSAve now reflects the complete file transfer time and
  8.     thus is more accurate. CPS indicator is still based on the
  9.     current block transfer and may tend to fluctuate wildly.
  10.     The CPSAve may be smaller now, but is very close to true rate.

  12.  4. The program is compiled with StonyBrook PASCAL+ 6.0h which
  13.     produces very small and fast files.

  15.  5. I have included NMODEMBC.EXE which is compiled with BORLAND C++ 3.0
  16.     and NMODEMTP.EXE which is compiled with Turbo Pascal 6.0. Any
  17.     comparison information from users would be appreciated.
