  1. The FlexiCal program is distributed as 4 files:
  2.  
  3. READ_FXC.ME   is this file of initial instructions.
  4. FXC.ZIP       is a ZIPed file that contains the program,
  5.               the data files and the manual.
  6. UZIP_FXC.BAT  is the batch file that controls the unZIPing process
  7.               and prompts you to insert the proper floppy disks
  8.               at the proper time.
  9. PKUNZIP.EXE   is the program that extracts each file from the ZIP master file.
  10.  
  11. In the following instructions, {ABC} means typing the command ABC
  12. and pressing the Enter key.
  13.  
  14. First print out this instruction file by {TYPE READ-FXC.ME > PRN}
  15.  
  16. Make a working copy of the original disk and store the original disk
  17. in a safe place. 
  18.  
  19. Prepare a formatted blank disk for the FlexiCal Manual.
  20.  
  21. FlexiCal is not suited for use on a dual-floppy system. The program is
  22. larger than will fit onto a 360K disk.
  23.   
  24. HARD-DISK USERS:
  25.   Make a directory for the FlexiCal program and data.
  26.   Copy *.* the working copy of the original disk to this directory.
  27.   Make this directory the prime drive and directory.
  28.   {UZIP_FXC}
  29.   Follow the instructions on the screen for inserting the disk into Drive A:
  30.   
  31.   After unzipping the files, print out the FlexiCal.DOC manual by inserting
  32.   the manual disk and {TYPE FLEXICAL.DOC > PRN}. 
  33.   Then follow its instructions for using FlexiCal.
