  2.    The  function  keys  F1-F6  provide  the  following  functionality:
  3.    -------------------------------------------------------------------

  5.    F1: (HELP)  Gives  you  these  screens,
  6.  
  7.    F2: (FIND FAMILY)  Moves  you to the  first  family  whose last name begins
  8.        with  the  letter  you  will  enter,
  9.  
  10.    F3: (FULL REPORT)  Produces  a full  data  base  report  for every  family.
  11.        Currently, to get a report for only  certain  families, you must delete
  12.        all  others.   Do not save the data with the families  deleted  though!
  13.  
  14.    F4: (PHONE LIST)  Displays  an alphabetized  list of each  family and their
  15.        phone  number.  Selected  families  may  likewise  be printed.
  16.  
  17.    F5: (MAIL LABELS)  When  this  key is pressed,  several  parameters  may be
  18.        entered  which  control  mailing  label  production.   Small  or  Large
  19.        text  may  be  printed  on  various  sized  labels.

  21.    F6: (REMINDER)  The  link to  REMIND.EXE,  you enter the number of weeks to
  22.        be  reminded  in  advance  of  upcoming  birthdays  and  anniversaries.

  25.      System navigation capabilities center around the following keys:

  28.      INSERT:    Clears  the  family  data  and allows  entry  of a new family,
  29.  
  30.      DELETE:    Deletes  the  current  family  after  confirmation,
  31.  
  32.      HOME:      Takes  you to the  top of  the  alphabetic  list of  families,
  33.  
  34.      END:       Takes  you to the  bottom of the alphabetic list of  families,
  35.  
  36.      PAGE UP:   Moves  up  the  list  one  family,  and
  37.  
  38.      PAGE DOWN: Moves  down  the  list.

  41. The  ESC  key  allows  you to  cancel  several  modes  and is used to exit the
  42. program.   Note:  You  must  answer  (Y)es to the SAVE question to effect your
  43. #  of  weeks  to  be  reminded  entry.
