  155. │       Michel Robert provides ROTOR(tm) and licenses its use. By using        │
  156. │       ROTOR(tm) you acknowledge that you have read this agreement,           │
  157. │       understand it and agree to be bound by it.                             │

  159. │       You may use ROTOR(tm) on only one computer at a time, unless you       │
  160. │       have purchased a license to use it on several.  You may transfer       │
  161. │       ROTOR(tm) from one computer to another as long as the above            │
  162. │       condition is met. You may copy ROTOR(tm) for backup purposes           │
  163. │       only.  You may not modify ROTOR(tm) or merge it into another           │
  164. │       software package. You may transfer this license to another party       │
  165. │       if the other party agrees to its terms and conditions.                 │
  166. │                                                                              │
  167. │       ROTOR(tm) and its documentation is protected by United States          │
  168. │       Copyright Law and also by International Treaty provisions.  Any        │
  169. │       use of the software in violation of these laws constitutes             │
  170. │       termination of the license and can be prosecuted.                      │

  172. │       The undersigned hereby agrees to the terms and conditions of this      │
