  237. Aztech's Photographic Image Collections' Overview

  240. Aztech offers a variety of photographic image collections. Each CD contains 
  241. either 50 or 100 license and royalty-free photographic images by 
  242. professional photographers from around the world. The images may be used 
  243. for any purpose, whether for video display, print media broadcast, or 
  244. otherwise, and whether for commercial or personal use, as often as you wish,
  245. with no further license fees or royalties payable except where the primary
  246. value of the product you are creating is the images themselves.

  248. The images on this collection are subject to the terms and conditions of 
  249. Aztech's License Agreement. A single-user, non-exclusive license is granted
  250. to the purchaser on the condition that the purchaser understands and agrees
  251. that this license does not permit the purchaser to re-sell, distribute or 
  252. provide to others, in whole or in part, the images in any form, where the
  253. primary value of the product or service the purchaser is providing, is the
  254. images themselves. The user is encouraged to contact Aztech for a copy of 
  255. the license agreement or to discuss any other questions concerning this
