  13. How to use this program:
  14.   
  15.   The easiest way to use the program is simply to type 'embezzle' at the
  16.   command line.  It will then prompt you for the name of the file you want
  17.   to change, and the amount that you wish to add to your current funds.
  18.  
  19.   IMPORTANT:  It will also ask you what your CURRENT BALANCE is...it is
  20.   very important that you give the correct number at this prompt, or the
  21.   program will not work.  Given the wrong number, there is a chance that
  22.   the program will change the wrong part of the file.  The program also
  23.   creates a backup file before it changes the funds, just in case. (In
  24.   addition, for that reason entering a .bak extension for the city that
  25.   you wish to edit will probably cause the program to crash).

  27.   If you like a shortcut, you can type 'embezzle <city.ext>' or
  28.   'embezzle <city.ext> <amount>', where <city.ext> is the filename of the
  29.   city you wish to cheat on, and <amount> is the amount you wish to add to
  30.   that city's coffers.  The program will still prompt you for your current
  31.   balance.
