Labels:text | diagram OCR: WITCH HAT 1. Colour the hat and brim and then print it out. 2. Cut around the outside of the hat and the brim. 3. Fold the edge of the hat around . Glue and stick the tab to the other edge to form a cone shape. 4. Cut the middle of the brim out and glue the tabs where shown. 5. Glue the brim to the hat by sticking the tabs as shown. 6. Stick a length of string to each inside of the cone (not more than 22cm in length).
