  5. WHY DOES THE TEXT APPEAR CLIPPED IN FIND?
  6. =========================================

  8. Microsoft CarPoint was developed for display resolutions of 800x600 and higher. If your video display is set to 640x480, the headings of each column in the Find feature are clipped horizontally. To change your video resolution to 800x600 or higher, follow these steps:

  10. 1. On the Start menu, click Settings, then Control Panel.
  11.  
  12. 2. Double-click the Display icon.
  13.  
  14. 3. In the Display Properties dialog box, click the Settings tab.
  15.  
  16. 4. In Desktop area, slide the pointer to any one of the following video resolutions (note: the higher the resolution, the small the text and icons will appear on your display):
  17. 800 by 600 pixels
  18. 1024 by 768 pixels
  19. 1280 by 1024 pixels

  21. 5. Click OK, OK, and Yes to view and save the resolution settings.
