  14. 1) Remove your desktop patterns prefrences from the prefrences folder in your system folder.
  15. 2) Place our desktop prefrence file into the prefrence folder.
  16.  
  17. Wala!  Now open up your desktop pattern control panel and select one of many for your new desktop.
