  2.         The Palace is an Internet-based multimedia chat architecture, kind of a
  3.            cross between IRC and hypercard yet completely unique in many
  4.         respects. You can author and run your own social online environment
  5.           on your server, and visit other people's servers. The architecture is
  6.        fast, extensible through a scripting language, and can visually look like
  7.           anything you want! Because there are servers distributed across the
  8.        Internet (like the Web), there is no single central authority and the load
  9.                                                     is distributed.
