  3.    A Quick One Before the New Year

  6.     You may be surprised to see 227
  7. showing up in your mail box so
  8. quickly. You may also be surprised at
  9. the limited number of items on our
  10. Presenter Menu. These two facts are
  11. interrelated.
  12.  
  13.     As I wrapped up 226 and mastered
  14. it on 1541 disks, the latest issue of
  15. Scene World arrived in my email box.
  16. The issue is jam-packed with news from
  17. around the world, and I wanted to get
  18. it out before it cooled down.
  19.  
  20.     And, as I watched Robert
  21. Bernardo's video of the Chicago Expo I
  22. saw Robin Harbron talking about Metal
  23. Warrior 4 -- a massive action
  24. adventure game. This is new software
  25. that would have been a boxed game a
  26. decade and a half ago.
  27.  
  28.     So I downloaded it, and put it on
  29. this issue.
  30.  
  31.     Two 2-sided items pretty much
  32. filled the issue. And that also meant
  33. that I had very little editing to do.
  34. Which is right now a bit of a problem.
  35. I have a pinched nerve that shoots
  36. pain down my right arm when I sit at
  37. the computer for more than an hour or
  38. so.

  40.     And this is why www.loadstar.com
  41. is still down. I really want to rework
  42. the whole site to be WAVE and CONTIKI
  43. friendly. Might be a bit dull for the
  44. PC/MAC crowd. But that's alright!
  45.  
  46.     Holly, CO, is Colorado's Christmas
  47. Town -- and we are smack in the middle
  48. of the holiday fun. My physique landed
  49. me the job of Santa -- and this year,
  50. that means a grueling schedule of
  51. appearances and private visits.
