  6.     Corky's work first appeared on
  7. LOADSTAR #147 -- a handy "how to clean
  8. it" program called "Out Damn Spot."
  9. Since then, he has contributed 25
  10. programs, music boxes, and articles.
  11.  
  12.     He wrote, "The last couple of
  13. days were a blur of pain and working
  14. to finish these 4 jukeboxes. And
  15. loving every minute!"
  16.  
  17.     You see since he became ill with
  18. Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, and Diabetes
  19. II, he hasn't worked. "So this music
  20. gives me a creative outlet. Thank you
  21. for supporting my work. I really need
  22. something positive in my life."
  23.  
  24.     Actually, we are the ones who need
  25. to thank you for providing some
  26. wonderful music over the last several
  27. years.
  28.  
  29.     With the advent of emulators, the
  30. charming world of C-64 creativity is
  31. open to everyone. I know that when my
  32. life situation make gainful employment
  33. impossible, doing programming, art,
  34. and music on the computer was a major
  35. "mind saver!" Who do you know that
  36. needs a challenge in their lives?
  37. LOADSTAR will gladly supply tools and
  38. utilities to anyone who wants to be
  39. creative on the C-64 platform!
