LOADSTAR * CHRISTMAS * 2002
Text and Transcriptions by
Corky Cochran
Happy Holidays to all you
Commodore 64 users and Loadstar
subscribers. It's Corky here with some
great Christmas music for you.
They all have words so if you have
the urge to sing be my guest. But if
you're like me, you will just want to
quietly watch the bottom of the screen
as they scroll by.
The other day while going through
some older Christmas disks -- issue
115 from 1992 -- I found a note from
Fender. He wondered how much Loadstar
would improve in 2002. Well you can
now run it on a PC. Or as I still do
on my old Commodore 64. WOW!
CC
DAVE'S LAST WORD FOR 2002
Corky emailed me that this
collection was on its way by snail
mail. And when Corky does some music,
I don't want to leave it out! I'm not
sure if LOADSTAR has done synchronized
carols and words, but even so, these
arrangements are excellent.
This is the Commodore 64's TWENTY-
FIRST Christmas -- and her 21st
birthday will be in January. Finally
old enough to drink at a bar. And this
Christmas Issue brings you pieces of
entertainment from the beginning to
the present.
So you tell us -- Are We Yet
Alive! Do we have a sweet little
computer? Or are we just obsolete
little rodents in the land of great
and powerful giants?
I'm not sure. Mostly, I just enjoy
the C= platform.
