  140.                POWER BUDGET is a powerful, commercial quality program.  It
  141.           is an expandable budgeting system that will make keeping track of
  142.           your money much easier.  POWER BUDGET is set up like a fixed
  143.           spreadsheet, meaning you can move left, right, up or down using
  144.           your cursor keys, mouse, or a joystick plugged into port #2. 
  145.           Items that you enter into this spreadsheet may be changed at will
  146.           and the entire spreadsheet can be recalculated to update your
  147.           figures.

  149.                Using the REPORT feature, you can print out an extensive
  150.           report for the entire year or just one month -- easy as pie. 
  151.           POWER BUDGET is also set up so that you can make easy projections
  152.           with tentative budgets for an entire year.  With POWER BUDGET you
  153.           can use one of two onboard calculators to make correcting your
  154.           data quick and easy.

  156.                POWER BUDGET is menu driven and thus easy to use since there
  157.           are no complicated commands to remember.  To select any option on
  158.           POWER BUDGET's main menu, move the cursor over to the desired
  159.           option with the cursor keys, joystick or mouse.  When the desired
  160.           option is selected, press RETURN, CLICK or FIRE.

  226.                FOR HELP, WITH ANY OPTION ON THE MAIN MENU, move the cursor
  227.           to the desired option but instead of pressing RETURN, press
  228.           CTRL-H for help.  Make sure that a POWER BUDGET disk in in the
  229.           drive with all the help files copied.  These help files are
  230.           actually bits and snatches of this expanded manual always at hand
  231.           for your convenience.

  274.           up. When you select ENTER, the bottom of the screen becomes
  275.           active.  Here's what you will see:

  298.                The categories continue through #54.  As you can see, the
  299.           current category will be highlighted.  If you were to press
  300.           CURSOR DOWN, the highlighted bar would move down to SPOUSE'S
  301.           WAGES.  If you press Cursor right or push the Joystick right, the
  302.           month will change through to December. The numbers displayed
  303.           adjacent to the category will reflect the current  month's
  304.           value.

  306.                If you move down past category 7 then the bottom of the
  307.           screen will scroll, showing the other categories. HOME will move
  308.           the highlight bar to the uppermost category.  Pressing HOME again
  309.           will move you to the very first category in that month. 
  310.           SHIFT/CLR HOME will move you instantly to January and the first
  311.           category.  F1 and  F7 page up and down.
