Questions and Answers -- Part 2
From: Burget 90706
I just bought "FLEXIDRAW" by
Inkwell Systems and I think that this
graphics program is the best for the
money. The program is easy to use. My
5 year old girl and my 9 year old son
can draw graphics and print them on
the printer. I recommend this program
highly for any person who likes to do
graphics. The queston I have is how
can this be used with PRINTSHOP? I
have not been able to use it as of
yet, but I'll keep trying. Can any
one help me?

I've been having some problems with
my printer. It's a Comrex CR-220 (by
Epson). My problem is that I can't
seem to get PRINTSHOP to work with my
printer. I know for sure that the
software has no errors, but I don't
know why I payed $80.00 for
PRINTSHOP if it won't work on my
printer.

Please explain the difference
between Bam Copy and Whole Disk Copy.
We don't understand the difference-
they seem like the same thing.
>A whole disk copy will copy every
>sector on a disk. This is most
>useful when making back-ups of disk
>that have read-errors purposely
>placed on them. A BAM copy will
>copy only those sectors that are
>USED on the source disk. It
>accomplishes this by reading the
>BAM (Block Availability Map) of the
>source disk. The BAM tells the
>copier which sectors are used and
>which are not.

How do we copy the programs from
Loadstar onto our own disk so that
the directions come along with the
program? We like to put games all on
one disk, but cannot get the
directions to run them. We have
tried to copy NIBBLER.O, NIBBLER.S,
NIBBLER.SHP, T.NIBBLER.S, but only
the NIBBLER.S runs the game.
All those file names are confusing
and we are not sure which ones are
related to which!

Today my LoadStar disk #19 came
in the mail and I immediately loaded
it to get the next installment of
Comal tutorial and to my dismay it
was not there. If you have canceled
it, just cancel my subscription since
there is nothing in the publication
which interests me.

>do have plans to carry it every now
>and then as a special feature.
